Our community is constantly expanding with new members. With this growth, more and more communication and organization is needed to make sure the community runs smoothly.

Therefore we’re looking for an intern that will help us with building the community communication structure and help us grow the community with the right messaging to our audience.

You’ll be working closely with the founders (Dylan & Maarten) to decide together how the communication towards the community should be done and how we can systematically implement this strategy.

About us:
Usights is a startup that’s creating the biggest sales community in Belgium. We do this through the organization of both online & in-person activities, events, trainings, chats and so much more.
Every year we organize We Are Sales, the biggest sales conference in Belgium where we bring all sales professionals & sales leaders together. 

What person are we looking for:

• You are a people person & would love to help any individual of the community
• You are a good project manager that manages events, communications, member meetings
• Being good with marketing & communication tools, such as Slack & Mailchimp, is a plus
• Having WordPress experience is a plus
• Someone that takes ownership over a project

Tasks:

• Set up the communication structure towards the members of the community (onboarding messages, communication schedule, event announcements,…)
• Daily communication towards the community members
• Together with the marketing responsible, write copies for social media & the website
• Automating repetitive, low-value tasks via tools such as Zapier & Make
• Capture as much customer feedback as possible for a better understanding of members’ needs & wishes
