The masterminds of Usights bring ambitious sales leaders together that (1) works in a similar sales environment and that (2) have the same responsibilities within the companies.
The sales leadership role is a multidisciplinary role and in some aspects you are doing better than your peers, in others you are falling behind. The purpose of this event is to learn from each other. To learn from each other successes, failures, best practices & (dis)beliefs.

How does it work?
The concept of this educational gathering is simple:
- three themes/topics are prepared by all participants;
- small groups of 5 to 15 people (that share a lot of similarities) are formed;
- those three topics are being heavily discussed in slots of 50 min.
Each group has a moderator that make sure to take notes but to also make sure the discussions never reach a dead end.
And no… we don’t want to put you in a group of 4 to 14 people of the same industry or business as you. You need insights & feedback from people outside your contextual bubble. So, are you ready to get your next “aha”-moment?
